Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

Due to the customized nature of dental laboratory work, DENT RYT does not offer refunds for completed cases. However, we are committed to high-quality work and will consider no-charge remakes under the following conditions:

Eligible for No-Charge Remake:

• Manufacturing error by DENT RYT (e.g., wrong shade, material, or design based on instructions)
• Product not matching the provided specifications despite clear documentation

Not Eligible for Refund or Free Remake:

• Inaccurate or incomplete case instructions
• Improper impressions or scans
• Shade or material change after production has begun
• Patient-related issues (fit dissatisfaction, changed mind)
• Cases delayed or cancelled after production has started

Remake Process:

All remake requests must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the case. Requests must include:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos where applicable
• Original order information

DENT RYT reserves the right to approve or reject remake requests after internal review.
