DENT RYT provides custom dental prosthetics and services to licensed dental professionals only. Products are fabricated based on the specifications and instructions provided by the prescribing dentist.

3. Orders & Production

• All products are custom-made and require detailed case information for processing.
• Orders are only processed upon confirmation of complete instructions and materials.
• Turnaround times may vary depending on case type and workload.
• Rush orders are subject to additional charges and may require prior approval.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made as per the invoice due date.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other methods stated on the invoice.
• Unpaid invoices may result in delays or a hold on ongoing cases.

5. Liability

DENT RYT is not liable for clinical outcomes, patient dissatisfaction, or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect instructions. Our liability is limited to product remakes under qualifying conditions (see Refund Policy).

All content and branding on this website and in our marketing, materials remain the intellectual property of DENT RYT SDN. BHD. and may not be used without permission.
